“Together, we build a great team!” - IMM Group ended 2017 with another successful team building activity

On 18th – 19th Nov, 2017, IMM Group held the team building activity named “Together, we build a great team” in Suoi Mo Park, Dong Nai Province. All of IMM’s employees and partners had the opportunity to enjoy quality time with each other, take part in exciting team building activities and experience remarkable moments.

After the team building activities in the afternoon, came the campfire night. Speaking at the event, Mr. Lim Chor Ghee, Co-founder of IMM Group  shared about the difficulties that the company had faced from the beginning until the current time with such achievements. IMM Group at the moment was on the pace of development with 7 brands with operations in many countries. The company also focused on  promoting employees’ knowledge and skills, providing unrivaled opportunities for its staff to join business trips to Australia, America, Canada, Europe.

According to Mr. Tinh Tran (Tony), Founder & CEO of IMM Group, the campfire night was a rare opportunity for the whole group to express their thoughts, learn about the group’s current performance, operation as well as the future development strategy.

Participating the campfire, Mr. Gerhard Combrink, Principal of Quasar Advisory Services Pty Ltd. expressed his sincere gratitude to Mr. Tony and Mr.  Chor Ghee. He was impressed by Mr. Tony’s sharing about his humble life and jobs. He stated, “When I see a business leader be as authentic and sincere as you have been, Tony, I am very much encouraged. I believe that IMM Group are in good hands”.

After various interesting team building activities and sincere sharings, the campfire night ended with “made-in-IMM” performances. “Together, we build a great team” Team Building 2017 was successful in giving participants an opportunity to release stress after hard working hour and learn more about each other, in order to better work performance and contribute to the success and development of IMM Group.
