Journey to Taiwan – Part 2: Year End Party – IMM Family’s reunion

Day 3: Continue discovering Taipei

To welcome the third day of the journey, everyone woke up really early in the morning to well prepare for the next sightseeing locations in Taiwan. Though staying very late the previous night, everyone did not seem to be tired but looking forward to visiting upcoming destinations.

The first destination of the day is Yehliu Geopark, which was voted as “The most dramatic geological area of Taiwan in 2013”. What visitors like most to this location is the unusual rock formations, carved by the invasion of the sea into the mainland.

Everyone was completely impressed by the bizarre shape of the Queen’s Head rock.

The solidarity of all IMM Group’s members was obviously reinforced during this trip.

The next destination was Shifen Old Streets. Located 32 km away from Taipei city, Shifen Old Streets has lots of ancient streets and alleys, as well as houses with antique architecture. Visitors coming to this area could have the feeling of being back to the old times.

“Shifen” in Chinese means 10 parts, which also represents perfection in Chinese culture. Therefore, the famous ritual in this place is to fly sky lanterns in order to pray for good fortunes. Sky lanterns sparkling on Shifen’s sky are the representatives for wishes flying high and far away to heaven.

“Year End Party – IMM family’s reunion” was the closing session of the whole journey and was also the most exciting part. Every member had a chance to gather, look back on the whole year, share their own losses and gains, as well as orient activities and plans in the upcoming year. The special highlight of the party was the speech of Mr. Tran Van Tinh (Tony) – Founder and CEO of IMM Group. He talked about the growing and developing journey of the enterprise over the last 13 years, and rewarded the individuals having excellent contributions in 2018.

This year promises to be a prosperous year of IMM Group.

Excellent individuals were rewarded honour certificates from Mr. Tran Van Tinh (Tony) and Mr. Lim Chor Ghee, two founders of IMM Group.

The party was greatly heated by the entertaining performances of IMM family.

The opening performance was “Khuc Giao Mua” song performed by the emotional voices of Mr. Thanh Trung, Ms. Huong Thao and Mr. Thanh Tung.

Everyone enthusiastically engaged in the game “Like what, find that”.

The sweet and soft melody of “Nguoi hat tinh ca” song was performed by Ms. Truc Anh and Ms. Hai Hien.

“Year End Party – IMM Family’s reunion” with lots of emotions was a thorough ending for the 4-day and 3-night trip of all members of IMM Group family. During the journey, the members spent excellent time with their colleagues and relatives. It was also a great opportunity for all members of IMM Group to tighten their relationship, raise mutual understanding and attachment.   

Particularly, this journey provided a good time for every member of IMM to refill the energy after a hard-working year, creating more motivation to keep endeavouring to contribute to a more successful year, with the aim to bring along real values to the community based on the spirit “Inside Out”.
