IMM Group held successfully the football championship “The Cup of Friendship”

Being held with purpose of creating a playground to do physical training and increase friendship between IMM Group and the partners, after two weeks of competition, the football championship “The Cup of Friendship” ended successfully.

After successfully establishing the IMM Group football team and keeping weekly practice, Mr. Tran Van Tinh (Chairman of the Board of IMM Group) had aimed to hold a friendly championship to strengthening exchange relation and solidarity between IMM Group and the partners.

After several months of preparation, the football championship “The Cup of Friendship” officially opened on 25 May 2016 with the participation of 10 teams. The Table A included five teams of District 2 Security, VPBank, Vietnam Airlines Engineering Company (VAECO), VFTrader and D-Max Beer Club. The Table B included IMM Group, VTV24, Lecturers of FPT University, Mayo Clinic and Phuoc & Partners Company.

After 24 dramatic matches at Thao Dien Stadium, District 2, the championship ended and the final winner is D-Max Beer Club team. IMM Group achieved the silver medal and VFTrader team achieved the bronze medal. The final match, closing and awarding ceremony were held on 03 April 2016 with the attendance of all teams from the beginning of the season.

Regardless of first attempt to hold a championship, IMM Group made efforts for good completion from preparation, planning the competition schedule, preparing prize and cheerleader in the matches to show the spirit of hospitality, loving sports, and desiring to exchange and tightening friendship with the partners.

Sharing about the football championship “The Cup of Friendship”, Mr. Tran Van Tinh said “One of the missions set by IMM Group is to build a group in which all personnel is happy. Thus, beside the profit target, the personnel’s spiritual life and health are our primary concern as well. This championship was held with two main targets: serving the sport practice need of the staff and facilitating IMM Group to tighten friendship with the partners. On behalf of IMM Group, I would like to express my gratefulness to the teams for enthusiastically participating and wholeheartedly devoting during the championship”.

The first reason ended successfully. IMM Group is planning to hold various exciting sport activities to show rightly the spirit of working hard and playing hard of the group’s staff.
