IMM Group International Real Estate & Citizenship 2018 (IRC) Gala Dinner - where Vietnamese Investors gathers for global investment opportunities

On September 22, 2018 at Gem Center, Ho Chi Minh city, IMM Group successfully hosted the Gala Dinner: International Real Estates & Citizenship 2018 (IRC 2018). This is the first and only event in Vietnam showcasing investors various oversea investment opportunities. Attending IRC, Vietnamese investors are introduced to different immigration programs under investment scheme; to international real estates products; to fund investment options; and also to oversea travel and study programs in the US, Australia, Canada, Europe and Malaysia. Being organized in a high-class venue, with the participation of international experts from different nations and with a well-prepared agenda, IRC Gala Dinner was an informative and useful event to investors. This is also regarded as an official event which marks new movement of IMM Group in 2018, opens up brand new services as well as strategies of the company in the upcoming year.

International real estate & Citizenship from the perspective of Vietnamese investors

Developed from the event Global Citizenship Exhibition in 2017, this year, IRC Gala Dinner had adopted international properties as a co-significant topic, which received remarkable attention from the Vietnamese investors. This is a proven growth in 2018 for IMM Group and its subsidiary IMM Property, and also a visible evidence for the increasing demand of Vietnamese investors on investment opportunities oversea. The demand is no longer limited only to getting the second citizenship, but it is to diversify investment portfolios with promising returns: setting up new businesses in other countries; purchasing property for assets accumulations, and the like.

The overview of this Gala Dinner

Besides being informed with useful real estates information in terms of location, feng shui, internal/external facility and potential growth; the investors at IRC Gala Dinner had a chance to try Virtual Reality technology. This VR technology was applied to deliver real experience of the property: it enabled investors to see the houses as a whole and as specific areas, to feel the space inside together with fully-equipped facility as if they were ready for the resident to live. This was unique experience which encouraged the investors to purchase the property by themselves.

The Gala Dinner was organized to provide the information about international investment, but added to this were high-class treats to all guests and investors including banquet of fine wine, cultural exchange activities, games and friendly talk with foreign experts. During the event, investors can distinguish the features among various investment programs and recognize their most suitable options. 1-on-1 discussion with professionals in the industry gave them detailed consultation about their individual financial situation, feasible path way for their children to study abroad; all came with possible solutions for the clients. The wide range of investment options for migration includes such nations as: The U.S., Australia, Canada, Ireland, Cyprus, Greece and Portugal.

Founder - CEO of IMM Group, Mr. Tran Van Tinh shared with others about IMM Group’s direction to move upward, including the launch of UK property in Vietnam market, which drew many attention from investors.

Oversea study and travel also attracted many participants during the event. The first real estate auction in Vietnam

The most significant remark of this Gala Dinner, engaging all investors’ curiosity, was the international real estate auction. Luxurious assets auctions are, of course, not a new concept to Vietnamese people, but auction for international properties has never been introduced in Vietnam before, partly because this is a typical product that people may not be able to make decisions instantly. Therefore, when introducing to all guests and investors different housing options, IMM Group had carefully selected most qualified apartments and villas with interesting offers. According to the auction rules: "The winner always buys at the reserve price no matter how much they bid", investors can freely raise competitive prices to demonstrate their winning ambition. In the end, the surplus value was refunded to the winner, and a part of the refund could be donated to charity activity together with IMM Group, according to the willingness of the winner.

Mr. Jim Christou, Sales Director of Harcourts Footscray, introduced a project for auction - Victoria Square project, Australia.

Mr. Phan Cong Chanh, a well-known private real estate expert in Vietnam moderated the auction, and inspired excitement for investors.

The Kim family is the final winner who gave the hammer price.

This collaboration development strategy has been contributing to IMM Group’s sustainability in the market for more than 13 years.
