On March 16^th, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. IMM Group and Lennar held a Trade Fair for Real Estate all over the United States, attracting a great number of investors whose interest was beyond expectations. This ignited great motivation for IMM Group to keep cooperating with large international corporations worldwide, aiming to provide more and more overseas investment opportunities for Vietnamese people.

Trade Fair for Real Estate all over the United States with Lennar, is the very first event in Vietnam to bring opportunities for investors to view and purchase Lennar properties in the most 21 prosperous States and 49 cities all over the United States. Comprehensively-organized, all utilities were included in the event where investors could admire and select their home thanks to printed material, in-depth consultancy from specialists of IMM Group together with Lennar, complete sales procedures, sign contracts and purchase their properties right at the event.

The investors searched for more information about American real estate at the exhibition booths and directly received advice from the consultants of IMM Group with the associate of Lennar’s senior directors.

Led by Lennar senior business directors, the conference introduced real estate projects in 4 large American states: California, Texas, Florida and Washington as special highlights of the event. At the conference, investors gained for themselves not only essential insights into specific Lennar communities, but also answers to their concerns about location choices, taxes or complex procedures when purchasing properties in America. It was right before the conference started that two Vietnamese investors decided to purchase homes in the city of in Seattle, according to Mr. Adam Wilczewski – Director of International Business Development of Lennar International.
